As soon as you can! I only take 4 bookings each month and they often fill up quickly — especially during wedding season.

I’m taking bookings for 2025 and will open 2026 bookings in July. You can book now to lock in your date for 2025.

Ideally within 1–3 days. The fresher the flowers, the better the results.

We can arrange to pick up your bouquet for a fee of $300, as long as the location is within 20 km of Perth. This convenient option leaves the task of bouquet transport in our capable hands so that you can focus on enjoying your special day. Please contact us to organise pick up hours.

No, I only work with fresh flowers — they press best and create the most beautiful heirlooms.

It usually takes 8–12 weeks from flower drop-off to the finished piece. Please note that during peak wedding season, it can take up to 6 months to complete your keepsake. I’ll keep you updated along the way.

Yes, absolutely! A bouquet preservation makes a thoughtful and meaningful wedding gift. You can purchase a specific frame from the shop, or reach out if you’d like a custom gift card.

Workshop FAQs

Adult workshops +16 years old
Kids workshop: 8 - 14 years old

For kids workshops, due to the restricted space in the room, we request that parents stay comfortable in our communal lounge area during the area. Please note that the communal lounge has 2 seating spaces. Pala Cafe and Crumbs Patisserie are only a 3 minutes drive from our studio. Treat yourself to yummy pasties!

Please bring your own water bottles. All materials and snacks will be supplied.

Kids workshop: This is not a messy workshop, please dress your child in whatever they are most comfortable in.

The building toilets are located next door to our studio and can be seen from the communal lounge.

While we do not offer refunds, if your child is unable to attend due to illness and you provide a 24-hour notice, we are happy to offer a voucher for another workshop space on a different date.

Yes, I have an up-to-date WWC and have hosted multiple events with young people as part of my work.

I definitely get asked this question a lot! When I first started in 2014, I was making jewellery and greeting cards. I wanted a name that would not set boundaries to my creativity and restrict myself to a specific category or medium. Like a gallery, The Gallery J represents the diverse areas of growth and the journey that leads to finding my artistic voice .

While I would love to have product available at all times, it is physically impossible for me to keep up with the demand. Each flower is hand pressed and the process from pressing; drying to mounting into frames can take up to 4 weeks for a single frame. I have always wanted my pieces to remain unique and can only upload a limited number of frames at a time.

Flat rate shipping at checkout. The shipping fees include tracking, postal fees and packaging fees. Due to the nature of the product, I take extra care to make sure all the frames and earrings are packed safely to avoid any damage during delivery.
All purchases will be parcelled in boxes and sent at Australia Post rates.

Please allow a minimum of 1-3 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched. All your purchases are lovingly packaged and shipped from Perth, Western Australia. The time frames for delivery below are estimates only.
Delivery may take longer if you live outside metropolitan areas, public holidays and high levels of packages like Christmas. Please be aware that I have no control on delivery speed once it is handed to Australia Post. We are currently not shipping to Europe due to the new taxes.

Orders within Australia take 1-2 weeks
Orders outside Australia are as follows:
North America: 3-9 weeks
Canada : 6-10 weeks
Singapore: 2-6 weeks
International orders may incur additional taxes, duty and custom charges. We suggest asking your local post office if you are unsure of any applicable fees.
CANADA
Due to new restrictions by customs, parcels to Canada may take up to 3 months to arrive. Please be aware of this when making a purchase.
